Most of the information we collect is provided by you when you complete a booking form or sign up for our newsletter / blog.

In order to provide our services / products, we need some personal information from you. It´s very important for us that you understand that we take care of your personal data and your right to privacy, and that you understand how we use your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain, among other things, the information we collect, why, and what we use it for. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you agree that we process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is only shared with subcontractors / partners when you order additional services from us, and only when this is required to be able to book the services. For example, when you book a hotel room through us.

If you use PayPal to pay for our services, we will receive information about the time of purchase and the amount that was paid. We do not receive any additional purchase details.

We store invoice data in accordance with applicable accounting rules.

Development, improvement, statistics and measurement

The information is used to better understand how our users find us online and use our website, with the purpose of improving the user experience and optimizing for search engines. The information is also used for other research and analytical purposes.

Marketing

By signing in to our newsletter or blog, we will be able to send marketing by email, SMS or other electronic communication methods. Such marketing always takes place within the framework of the Norwegian Marketing Act. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We only share your personal information with others if it is necessary to perform the service, when ordering other party services (for example, when you book a package tour including accommodation that requires us to book a hotel room for) or we should be obliged to such sharing according to law, regulation or legal processes. If you use PayPal to issue a transaction to us, please be aware that you are leaving our website and entering another service. It is important that you read the PayPal Privacy Policy.

4- Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal data

You have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you. This information is required to provide the services. If any of the information we have registered about you is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us. You may also withdraw any consents you have given at any time. Feel free to contact us for assistance. We will not, however, save your personal information longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for collecting the data and our statutory duties.
